Astanga Yoga Studio has been dedicated to traditional Mysore practice since 2009.
When the rooms are not being used for our yoga programme, we welcome teachers, therapists and organisations whose work fits the calm and respectful atmosphere of the studio.
Income from studio rental directly helps us preserve this place and sustain the Mysore community that calls it home.

A quiet building
Activities with loud or amplified music are not permitted in any of the studio rooms.
The space is not suitable for parties, high-impact exercise, loud fitness classes or events that may disturb the residents.

You pay for the full time you occupy the room, including preparation and tidying up. Please include this time in your booking and round up to the nearest 15 minutes.
Regular rental
Make the studio your regular teaching home.
We particularly welcome teachers and organisations looking for a stable weekly time. Regular rental creates continuity for your students and helps sustain Astanga Yoga Studio.
The studio is currently used by Astanga Yoga Foreningen, Ro Therapy & Yoga, Feldenkrais Denmark, Mindfulness Foreningen and other independent teachers.

Where is the studio?
Fensmarkgade 1, 2200 Copenhagen N, close to Rigshospitalet, Panum and Fælledparken.
What facilities are available?
Changing rooms, bathrooms, a kitchenette, waiting area, yoga equipment, approximately 30 conference chairs and a whiteboard.
Can I use music?
Only at a very low and considerate level. Activities with loud or amplified music are not accepted.
How do I check availability?
Send us an email with your preferred room, date, time and type of activity. We will reply with availability and the next steps.
Can I book preparation time?
Yes. Setup, participant arrival and cleaning must all be included in the paid booking period.
