Astanga Yoga Studio offers authentic Astanga Yoga for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. The studio is a place to learn and study Yoga. We teach asana, meditation, pranayama, and concentration. Astanga yoga is a dynamic form of yoga practice combining breath and movement, aligning, strengthening and balancing the body and mind. It is a tool to improve the quality of your life and reaching the state of the naturel awakened being. Whatever you do in life Astanga yoga helps you do it more consciously and aware. By training the body and mind we bring harmony to the spirit. And we have an amazing group of yogis! See you soon.
